She believes on any given day, your mind and body crave different types of movement, so what better way to respond than to give them what they are asking for! Randi's training style includes yoga, interval training, dancing (like no one is watching), "RLG Remix" (a high-intensity workout created for the busy mom),and 11:11 The Practice.
As a work-from-home mom, she knows just how challenging it can be to find the time to make it to the gym/yoga studio/(insert favorite fitness club here), which is why she created RLG Fitness Online! By providing an easily accessible, convenient option for those who just can't seem to find enough hours in the day, she hopes to help others make movement part of their every day lives. Randi believes in forming a relationship with her clients and guiding them on their journey, not just as their coach, but as their teacher, motivator, and friend.
"It's my hope that I will be able to encourage others to move their body in a way that feels good to them. I believe in living a life of balance and hope to set the example of how you can live a healthy lifestyle without completely giving up the things you love."
Randi Greene is a high-spirited fitness enthusiast and Mom of two who has a passion for helping other mamas and busy women add movement into their every day lives. Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Randi currently resides in Chesapeake, Ohio with her husband, David and their son, Quinn (1/16/2017) and daughter, Blake (1/10/19).
Randi loves to incorporate various forms of movements into her exercise routine in order to keep her workouts exciting and fun.
